As a professional Certified Fitness Specialist, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and support you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
Adam has been my trainer for the past 8 years! He helped me get back into shape after my third child and now he helps support my daily regime to stay active virtually as i prepare for my 40th birthday! Currently, we have kept up virtually training during quarantine and he has personalized each workout utilizing the equipment i have in my home and sometimes with no equipment at all. He always brings a positive attitude, is genuinely encouraging, and absolutely working out has helped me to keep my spirits up during quarantine. I am very grateful to Adam for helping me look and feel my best!
